Zion National Park is known for its stunning landscapes. But it is also home to wild adventures. The relatively new sport of canyoneering has seen a huge increase in popularity. And Zion is one of the world's premiere destinations for exploring technical slot canyons. Yet slot canyons pose lethal dangers, none more terrifying than flash floods. The national park is also a staple in the climbing world. And despite its history, big-wall climbers are still establishing new climbing routes and developing whole new climbing areas that are otherwise untouched and unclimbed.
